A rare Framed Original Lithographed Print of the European War of 1914-1917 calling out the 108th Field Company of Royal Engineers for service in France, Salonika and Serbia.
The subject matter shows Britannia sat with her trusty lion gesturing out toward the returning British troops.
Fantastic bright colours on the illustration with the Royal Engineers badge emblem surrounded by campaign flags.
Printed by Stafford & Co of Nottingham, Great Britain.
Card backed and finished in an ebonised frame. There is some water damage but we feel this just adds to the antique look and feel of the piece.
